      <title>Very poor download speeds - New Full Fibre 500 contract</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Hope all is well...&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Ok so an update on the situation with Openreach / new installation.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;New Full Fibre 500 contract&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Not sure of you can help directly? or please put me in contact directly with someone who can?....&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The installation of the Full Fibre was completed yesterday - really great guy called Andrew ( Openreach Engineer ) installed the necessary.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Bottom line is, we are experiencing similar / slower speeds ( 95% ) of the time than what we did BEFORE we upgraded through out our home?....&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;We have ran various tests ( FAST.COM &amp;amp; Speedtest etc ) - and our speeds received vary from below 1.0MBPS to 40 MBPS ( sometimes fractionally higher )....&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;obviously nowhere near the 500MBPS we are expecting....&amp;nbsp; this is of course very frustrating to say the least.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The signal also seems to be a lot worse, as in the coverage around the house? - have no idea why as nothing has changed at all?.....&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;this is really disappointing.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Also, we NEVER received a new EE router as promised - we still have a very old BT router? - can this please be resolved as this would be a good start in finding a solution for now at least.....&amp;nbsp; can you please arrange for the new router to be delivered as soon as possible - thank you.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;So with that, at present, we are not happy at all for obvious reasons, and just wish for the issues to be resolved as soon as possible - can you please advise of next steps - thankyou.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;On top of this, of course, we are now paying for a service that actually seems to be worse than the service provided previously before the upgrade - so not on really? - can the pricing / contract be frozen / refunded at least until the new service is up and running at least remotely to how it should be? - we understand there may be teething issues, but they need to be resolved, and do not feel we should be paying for a service that is not currently delivering as expected...&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;You can see from the below images taken a short while ago ( date and time stamps shown ) - that the various testing apps / websites show 29Mbps or less throughout the house and in different rooms / locations ( on different media &amp;amp; various devices ) - The mobile phone image at the bottom has barely got a connection - less than 1Mbps ( 0.15 Kbps! ).....&amp;nbsp; we are completing tests throughout the day / night and sadly, the results vary but as mentioned, the results shown below are the usual and most common......&amp;nbsp; so no where near the promised bandwidth at all.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;If you could please kindly advise and help with all matters, I would be most grateful....&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thank you, appreciate your help, and look forward to hearing from you very soon.....&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Regards,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Neil&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="thumbnail_image.png" style="width: 838px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/29316i399D2C5109D4BACA/image-dimensions/838x585?v=v2" width="838" height="585" role="button" title="thumbnail_image.png" alt="thumbnail_image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="thumbnail_image.png" style="width: 814px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/29317i3F5576550EE799A7/image-dimensions/814x598?v=v2" width="814" height="598" role="button" title="thumbnail_image.png" alt="thumbnail_image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="thumbnail_image.png" style="width: 516px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/29318iC92135375E960B0A/image-dimensions/516x645?v=v2" width="516" height="645" role="button" title="thumbnail_image.png" alt="thumbnail_image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
