if you do I believe it’s no longer available as EE have updated their routers. You can get these on eBay but I think the max you can connect to the router is 3.

Did you manage to get an additional one, I currently have 7 BT whole home discs and Ive been sent a new router and 3 W30A extenders and cannot seem to find additional ones, Ive called EE and they directed me to amazon, the model there is w10A and the feeback from some purchasers was that the W10a isnt compatible with the newer model

Have you found out the answer yet?

I have a 5G Smart Hub, and would like to buy Smart Wifi to extend the signal across my house (large, with thick walls). But although I can see the product I want on the EE website, I cannot find any way to order it or buy it!! It's very odd that they make it so difficult (impossible?) to buy something! Do they actually want customers??

It is only intended for the EE Smart Hub Plus. Same with the earlier EE Smart WiFi (shown in 2nd post of this thread) which works only with the EE Smart Router.

I have had the same problem. EE won't give me one or sell me one. They will however rent me one for £10 pm which at £120 pa seems like a rip off and explains why there's a thriving black market for them on ebay. I've complained to ee as it seems crazy that I would have to risk getting scammed on ebay just to buy one. I've been recommended the tp link re700x which at £65 is considerably cheaper than the ee sw30a smat hub plus extenders on ebay. EE's got this one badly wrong.

That maybe the case, but with the amount that are currently for sale on one site it's highly unlikely that ee will be bothered to chase people up. When you google sw30a for sale you get pushed to ebay and there's loads for sale on there. It's a real shame that ee have taken this approach and explains why there's a thriving secondary market for the wifi extenders. Such an odd decision not to just sell them to people. Think I'll be going down the tp link route...
