You should expect it to return to working condition if you leave everything on and available. It takes as long as the repair.

My Full Fibre Internet went down yesterday around 12.30pm - PON light red. The service status said network issues in the area expect service to resume at 5.39pm yesterday. It's still on red.

I've called ee a couple of times with them repeating its a network issue. Latest conversations was it will be fixed in 48hrs which seems a v long down time (despite my service staus not updating to show this). What is usual is no neighbours we ask seem effected and have no issues, it's only openreach in the area, though not many will have FTTP yet.

It's now well over 4 days with no broadband. 3 'expected' return to service times provide by customer services have come and gone. Still saying its an issue with Open Reach at my exchange. A friend in a neighbouring road is on Full Fibre with Plusnet and has no issues, same exchange. Can EE be impacted yet not Plusnet? Seems strange
