Have you tried calling the number from another phone or line?

Could you have dialled the wrong number, or maybe it is faulty?

yesterday I can't call anywhere, I reported the problem and today it works for UK calls, I can't call Europe countries, the phone is the same and has been working before without problems,so I don't think it's a technical problem in my house
