Hello,when I make a call from UK to another country(europe) I hear just:

"service cannot be connected"

I have this service in my subscription and I pay the bills but since yesterday I got such a surprise 😭does anyone know this problem?thanks

@jarekz are you calling a number you have called before from this line?

Have you tried calling the number from another phone or line?

Could you have dialled the wrong number, or maybe it is faulty?

Do you have an analogue landline (how it used to be) or digital voice? Where are you plugging the phone into?

yesterday I can't call anywhere, I reported the problem and today it works for UK calls, I can't call Europe countries,the phone is the same and has been working before without problems,so I don't think it's a technical problem in my house

I'm pleased our team have been able to get some of your calls working. Did they say what the next steps would be to resolve the international calls issue?
