For the last week or so there have been problems with both my broadband and mobile phone, with often only one bar on the phone and often dropping out when on Zoom etc. I have tried using the EE checker and it isn't functioning. We have contacted EE but not had a reply yet. Anyone else had the same problems?

Fixed-line broadband uses a different network technology to mobile-broadband. The latter uses the same network as mobile phones.

Which are you having issues with? I suspect it's the mobile network.

My wife has emailed EE to report the issue, she has her mobile on EE, and the home broadband is also EE but my mobile is on O2 and also has a poor signal but not as bad as my wifes.

The problem is mostly on my wife's mobile (EE), not loading websites and dropping out of Zoom. We also have had problems with things like Netflix and iPlayer, but my laptop is ok, though I don't do a lot of screening on that.

Not sure if we are at cross purpose with your posting.

What are the problems you are having with your fixed Home BB? All the issues you mentioned so far seem to be with mobiles. This is the Home BB forum where generally users with good BB knowledge attend & can help.
