    <description>&lt;P&gt;BT to EE 3 months in andI:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Carnot even see the Broadband account online or the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 Cannot pair the Smarthub plus to the My EE App so NO WiFi controls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Cannot view connected devices to the WiFi extender. It says 0 on the hub manger interface.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT have started a BT to EE &amp;nbsp;Migration Trial so they’re aware of all the problems people are having, it’s a shame as it is destroying a reputable brand, they should have kept the BT smart hub 2 and app, where it all worked!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar problem, moved over from BT on Friday 31 May 2024, had 2 Broadband accounts set up on the same address and ID., 1 package I ordered, the second I didn’t, so they’ve cancelled 1 account and left me with another account number that I can’t link or pair the router as it’s using the cancelled account number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Numerous calls, over 8 hours on the phone, rebuilt the broadband package several times and nothing is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i cannot see bills or link the WiFi plus unit or pair to the router…HELP!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There is no one with any account access on this forum, all customers like yourself....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As Jim stated, this needs to be resolved through EE CS unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ask the guide over the phone to remove your EE ID from the system entirely and then re-register the account. Alternatively you can contact the HBB support team on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;0800 800 150&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
