All the links for changing my direct debit do not help. The right click on my profile does not show anything to change my direct debit. Help!

Yes of course, it basically instructs you to right click on your profile to manage DD however there is no option to do it on Web browser or the app.

I have the same problem can’t change my direct debit with the online instructions. Very frustrating

Are you trying to change your Direct Debit when logged into your app, or on your web browser?

@Nadiavdw : You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
