      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4523553"&gt;@Jackmorris3&lt;/a&gt;- what do you mean by 'go black'? Are you saying the LED is completely unlit?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried factory resetting the extender by inserting something into the pinhole at the rear of the device for 5 seconds or so (a green LED and reboot cycle should indicate it's been successful). Once reset, you will need to try re-pairing the device using either an Ethernet cable or by pressing the WPS buttons on the hub and extender.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2696281"&gt;@bobpullen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Was wondering if possibly the smart wi-fi, and IF the Router had its light switched to the off state/ then maybe the smart wi-fi follows the rule, and only goes on to indicate fault condition, then again, it may just have gone faulty who knows.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
