topic X box issues in Broadband & Landline

Hi and sorry if I am in the wrong forum here. I have recently joined EE from Sky and everything seems to be working OK apart from one issue. I cant seem to get my sons x box to connect to the router every time I try it says it can't connect. Just wondering anyone else has had this issue in the past? I have spoke to Microsoft they say could security certificates and I know they might just be passing the buck but I am just covering all bases here.
