With the EE Smart Hub Plus, unlike the EE Smart Hub, you cannot separate the wireless bands/SSIDs. Try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.

Hello

Recently we have had fibre installed.

We have devices that will only set up using 2.5g. I know I can turn off 5g but is there a way I can get the hub to allow me to choose between connecting to 5g and 2.5g when connecting to our new WiFi?

Thanks
