Upgrade my broadband to 1Gb

I am trying to find out what price I would pay to up grade my broadband connection and can find it anywhere on website plus when I rang ee 30 minute queueing time which I have better things to with my time plus when I got though some one on Thursdays of last week they couldn’t tell me because my account was to new so she rung me back on Friday and still didn’t have a answer what a joke I’m thinking of leaving before the end of my calling off period
