&lt;P&gt;Even if you do have a fauly your bills will still come through as normal each month.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is home broadband you may be entitled to compensation depending on how long you are without service - assuming you have reported a fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
