    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to pay or see my bill on the EE website/app and am unable to call as my line has been disconnected. I am currently in Amsterdam so cannot access EE via an in person meeting at one of their stores.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you assist me in getting into contact with EE to remedy this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you know it's been disconnected? Is it just not working in The Netherlands? Could just be a roaming issue (they are common)!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
