I was billed twice for upfront cost on a phone that I failed at getting its been nearly 2 weeks now I will leave my number for you to sort this out because it's ridiculous and it's the fact it is £60 of my money that you owe your quick enough to take but don't seem to be putting it back *********** that's my number and don't try making me buy anything else because I'm not interested in just want my refund I'm struggling with money as it is please sort this out

If you had an order turned down, any upfront payment will usually be held as Pending at your bank & reversed or refunded within 7 - 10 days.
