topic Final bill in Contracts & Billing

I have not received my final bill and haven't been informed about outstanding charges but debt collection agent is chasing me for outstanding amounts... Is there a way of sorting this out and to request a final bill to be finally sent out?

Why are you expecting a final bill? Did you cancel your contract by giving notice? If you had, why would debt collection agencies be chasing you?

Did you assume when your min. term was up that your contract was finished & you would be auto cut-off? These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.
