Hi on my next bill there are £2.57 for other services… what does this mean..??

Welcome to the community,

What that means, is that you have extra charges which are not included in your contract, it could be a phone call you made , such as international call, or you have a regular payment for an app, for instance, we would not know.

@Bettieboop , I would suggest speaking to EE customer services, they should be able to take a look.

Just wondering whether you are receiving bills by post or itemised billing? If that is the case, ask customer service to remove it.
