&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt; doesn't work for EE, he is a user like you, but he is right in saying that the best thing to do is to give our customer services team a call if you are getting an error online and on the 150 text service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The team will be able to look at your upgrade options and see what is happening when you try to look online. If you did decide to cancel, they can also help with that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would not recommend stopping the payments, as this will not stop the contract, and you would continue to accrue bills, which can impact your credit file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't want to call, you can visit an &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE store&lt;/A&gt;, and they can look at your upgrade options in the store.&lt;/P&gt;
