    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;I’m trying to change the ownership of an account, but I’ve hit a dead end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;The previous account holder left the business, and I need to gain access. I can log into our business account online, but I can’t update any details without speaking to someone. The issue is, when I try to call, I’m asked for specific characters from a password that I don’t have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I have all the necessary details—account number, registered mobile, billing info—but I’m stuck because I can’t get past the password check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there an email or another way to contact support to get this sorted? Any help would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In whose name is the account currently? You've alluded to it being a business account, and if so - is this a limited company where the LTD is the legal entity?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is a limited company account, what is your status within the company?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
