      <title>EE changed the wrong plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I got a new plan and tablet upgrade but they charged the wrong plan now my partner only has data on her phone no calls or texts. She has appointments with a few different doctors tomorrow but our 13 year old spinal surgery going ahead in two weeks. I tried to sorts this out but after a few hours the guild did nothing and said it was sorted when I said no I got timed out it's now to late to get anyone any help we need her phone working by morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
