    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an issue with a payment going missing when I went to pay my bill last April and because of this I thought my bank had blocked EE from taking payments from my card but I spoke to them and they told me I need to contact EE and they can unblock my card but the app never works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that a payment went missing last April, did you manage to get that resolved?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend giving one of our billing guides a call, so that they can get access to your account and check the status of your direct debit.&lt;/P&gt;
