Upgrade with Friends & Family discount

I want to upgrade from a 12 month SIM only plan to a contract with handset (or also considering 24 month SIM only plan). I currently have the 30% friends & family discount applied to my 12 month SIM only plan. How do I make sure that I am upgrading to contract that will keep this discount on my line? I want to upgrade online, not in a store.

You cannot. You might need to have the person who you obtained the code to reapply it.

I would add you can only have one discount on your account.

Thanks for your reply. Is that a new policy? I have always been able to upgrade and keep my F&F discount in the past. I have had it for nearly 15 years.

Hi @NiJoCa

Friends and family discount should carry over as long as you select a compatible plan. If it is carrying over, it would show in your basket.
