My mobile plan is now 20£ more since this evening according to my account even if I have the broadband associated to my account. It should be 17.5£ according to the contract.

I bought this plan yesterday. It was mentioned 17.5£ in my account yesterday and now 37.5£.
I think this is a mistake because the contract offer 20£ discount when we get pack broadband + Sim plan

Are you able to send me over a screenshot of where it shows the £37.50 @Mathieu01? Please make sure there are no personal or account numbers showing.

There is a part of the account where it will show the plan you are on, but this would be the full price of the plan before any discounts, with the discounts then showing in the add-ons section.
