Hi My 10 year daughter has run up a £500 bill on my EE account and i can not get any answers from rodlox who want a GPA order number but i have no idea where it is to i sent them the EE bill but they can not find the invoice they have my mo number and daughter username I did tell EE from the outset the phone were for children and i did not want them to run up any cost but it appears google are different so it did not apply my daughter has had the phone over a year and did this in Jan and Feb. Any idea how i can get the money back. we are on £500 a week and struggle and its over a weeks income in thess charges

@dearme1 : CEO Roblox advised recently to keep your kids off Roblox if you want them to be safe. Would you allow them to gamble £500 away in the High St. betting offices? They are your responsibility when you hand them an unsupervised mobile phone.

They failed to mention to you that is a Charge to Bill limitation of £240 pm. that cannot be restricted by any Spend Cap. Hence about £500.
