&lt;P&gt;If you send us a text with AL to 150, when it comes back does this confirm that your unlimited data is active?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this all comes back good, I'd definitely recommend trying the restart &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4524"&gt;@Northerner&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; recommended, and let us know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;
