      <title>EE sim card cancellation issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Contacted EE on Monday to cancel my SIM card(number ending with 397) as I found a better deal and was told that it would be done in 4-5 days, called them again today to check the status and was told that it's not possible to cancel the sim card and that I have to give a 30 day notice. The app and websites are broken and won't let me login so I can't see the bills or access the chats. Never had these many issues with any other provider.&lt;/P&gt;
