If you are on a SIM Only currently, it is possible you could switch your tariff to one of the EE One SIM offers through the Upgrade process.

This will only work through the App if your Broadband is linked to the same email address and EE ID as your Mobile Billing Account.

Is your Broadband visible in your app alongside your Mobile account?

I have been an EE mobile (sim only) user for a good few years now and last week my EE Full Fibre and EETV went live but when I signed up to this there was no mention of the EE ONE benefits at all by the advisor who did this, will it automatically be applied or do I need to ring up?

thanks
