My son suffers with schizophrenia and EE have repeatedly sold him contracts that he can't pay and I have had to foot the bill. I have contacted EE on many occasions and they still sell him contracts. I have had enough now. He has fallen into debt again with a contract and EE have sold the debt to a debt collection agency.
