Change of Direct direct card

I recently change my credit card and would like to update it on the website. I have difficulty doing so and as a result couldn't pay the payment due.

I have gotten a message that the payment would be attempted to be collected sometime this week. Can you please help with this as I do not want to incur an additional charge.

A new bank card does not change your Direct Debit. That is based in your bank a/c's sort code & a/c no., not on your card.

Hi @Ahmedjamil To change your Direct debit details, just follow these instructions:

Have your new bank account number and sort code to hand.
Open the EE App in your desktop browser
Go to Bills & Payments in the top right of your screen
Choose either EE Mobile or EE Broadband.
Scroll down the page to "Manage Direct Debit" and follow the link to change your Direct Debit details

@Ahmedjamil : You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit. It's not your card details but your bank details you need.
