Hi had second bill for broadband and won’t let me change payment date always comes up with can’t do this at moment should have been able to do this after first bill

I am sorry you're unable to change the direct debit date, if you give us a call the team will get this changed for you and check what could be causing this error message to show.

When I asked why I couldn’t do it got quite a vague response 😐
