Cancelling my sim only

How do I cancel my sim only contract with EE? I do not want to deal with EE ever again, used to be able to ring up and speak to a human with any issues you had. Took maximum 10 mins get answers and now you can’t even talk to a human, and it isn’t clear anywhere on how to cancel.

30days notice by phone or letter, alternatively use a PAC or STAC.

@Christina0401 , when you call EE to speak to them, press 2 rather than 1 and you should get through to them pretty quickly.
