My bill that is supposed to come out today on the 9th of every month hasn’t appeared, advised by EE to call them tomorrow if no show by then.

Sorry to jump in, my bill that is meant to come out today (9th) of every month hasn’t appeared but my data refreshed as usual. Advised to call EE tomorrow if it doesn’t arrive by then.

It's generating now which means I can only see the date but nothing when I click on it, just says 'we can't show you this info now, try later' I had a lengthy chat with an agent this morning who was very good and acknowledged that there is an issue with many bills being late in generating.
