I have been charge for sending an image in a text five times when I only sent one photo. How can I get hold of EE to complain? I cannot find any way to contact them.

Welcome to the community,

If you sent a photo via text message, then that does not count as a normal text message, which is sms, but is mms, so you have to pay for it. Check here for more informaition:

Yes thanks, I realised that but they charged me five times for the same text! I have since got on to them and they are refunding the four extra charges. Thanks for your help.
