    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4715224"&gt;@Watfordtaf52&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; you have a contract you pay for the device. &amp;nbsp;It’s a £700+ device and EE are not going to cover that cost. &amp;nbsp;Not sure why you’ve been charged £740 in one go as you pay for this over the term of the contract. &amp;nbsp;Unless you choose to pay it all when taking out the contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; The days of getting a free phones with a contract ended years ago &amp;nbsp;when the costs of phone went up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And there’s nothing you can do as you agreed to the contract and any cooling of period ie 14 days from getting the device is long gone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In late January I upgraded to a IPhone 13 on a no frills contract&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i thought the phone came free with the contract as it has always done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;got a nasty shock when an extra £740 came out of my bank account today&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what should I do - don’t want this phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
