      <title>Sim only upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I went to an EE branch to change my current contract to sim only as it’s due to expire next month. I enquired about NHS discounts and the customer advisor told me to contact EE via phone call to add the discount. I have just phoned them and they have stated they are unable to do this anymore and I would need to cancel the sim only contract and start the process again myself online. Why can they not just add it on since I was given the wrong advise?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The leeway of adding a discount within 30 days of a purchase has been stopped. Trouble is you have no right of return &amp;amp; cancellation when buying from an EE Store. However they should have accepted your discount code at PoS &amp;amp; so it is they who got you into this mess.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
