So then I said can I upgrade sim only phone contract to new phone contract ..quoted £42.50 pm, so I said great, as I will be EE broadband I’ll get £20 off that right? No sir, that only works with a credit agreement deal ( hmm nowhere does it say that??) so I said ok, quote me on the £20 off deal… that is £41.99 …what!!! So with £20 off it’s 50p cheaper.
