    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I renewed my SIM only contract on the 11th Feb. I decided over the weekend to cancel within the cooling off period and called 150 on the 23rd Feb (Sunday) and spoke to advisor who completed/submitted the cooling off form while I was on the phone. He did say it was something I could do myself, but when I had tried the process it stalled as would only let me proceed if I gave the IMEI number of a device, and no option to state it was a SIM only contract I was cancelling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway...The thing is I have not heard anything since. No text to advise cancellation is in process/cancelling within 14 days/PAC number etc. Am I being a bit premature and I will hear something on the third working day, or do I need to chase it up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for coming to the community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this was an upgrade, the plan would be changed back to the one you had before the upgrade and you can then request a PAC or cancel the contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has the plan and contract dates been changed back in your EE account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
