      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a text from ee saying&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"As a thank you for being with ee you can upgrade to any phone on any plan with no early upgrade fees"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However when i try to do this its adding a large upfront cost. Is the upfront cost different? thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
