Spend cap

Seems a spend cap of £0 has been placed on my new mobile (31/12/24) which I’ve just discovered. Trying to get more info but told everyone has a spend cap (EE advisor) yet in all my years I’ve never had one. I don’t travel abroad and even when I did many years ago, a spend cap was not on my mobile. Is this a new thing and who put it on my mobile? Grateful for answers

@nellmac31 : You may change it by texting SPEND CAP to 150.
