Hi. Could someone help me find the form you fill out to find out what you owe on your contract to cancel.
I have requested before but don’t know where it is now. Thanks

@Baraja You just call customer support on 150, I’ve never seen this form for EE.

The amount you need to pay will be the remaining term with a 4% discount but if this is a flex tariff then you’ll need to also pay off the remaining fee of the device contract and there is no discount on that.

You may be able to text INFO to 85075 to find out your switching information.

I’ve figured it out. Not sure what I went on but I got a text from 85075 and it’s told me how much I would have to pay to leave.
