Perk Discount (Employer)

I am trying to complete a monthly essentials plan as a new customer and through my employer I get a 20% off through EE perks. I have my code generated but when I use this in the 'Got a Promo Code' option at checkout I get the following error " Code entered is not applicable with this data plan. Please beware that certain codes aren't applicable if discounts are already applied." There is no gift voucher option I can see before you enter your bank details for the plan.

I have tried this on several contracts (as I know discounted plans are not included) but this isnt working for anything at all.

We don't want you to have any issues using your Perk discount, so I'm sorry to hear about this. Did you get your code through the Perk Portal?

Hi,

Yes I got the code through the EE perk link proved by my employer. I have got 1 code generated and another 4 to use for family.

The code doesn't seem to work with any package I choose though.

This does seem odd @Irwin2k2.

I'd recommend giving our team a call and they can take a look into why this is, and help you to get this resolved.
