&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you in the UK? If so, and you have passed your minimum contract period, then ring customer service and they should be able to do this for you, as far as I know, and also if you are wanting to go abroad, make sure that you activate and use your SIM card before doing so, once you are on pay as you go, you will, however have to give 30 days notice for the change to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
