@Mingle1 then you need to call customer support and give 30 days notice of termination. If you’re still within your minimum contract term you’ll be required to pay off the remaining contract term with a 4% discount on that fee.

Hi @Mingle1 I'm sorry to hear that you're looking to cancel your contract, is there any reason that you want to leave?

If you're out of contract, you'll have the option to request a PAC to take your number with you, or set a disconnection notice.
