&lt;P&gt;What have EE said is the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you not access the web portal , app or both.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Normally deleting your online profile and registering again sorts most account problems out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a number of very frustrating months and equally long and frustrating conversations I remain unable to read my bills on line. Following numerous broken promises EE SOLUTION appears to be sending my bill by post IN LARGE PRINT for customers with poor eyesight.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
