&lt;P&gt;Normally with cancellations these will need to be requested over the phone with our dedicated team; our guys in store can help put you in contact with them, but they can't process this directly.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="Calibri, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Can someone help please! I moved to a sim only deal at the end of my contract as I was moving to Australia - I went into the EE shop in August to give notice to cancel my sim as I moved to Australia in September. I assumed it was done and I stopped using my phone sim when I got out here to Australia, I have only just checked my UK bank statement on noticed I am still being charged for my phone on EE! I can’t email EE as there is no email address, and I can’t call because I’m on an Aus number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
