Hi There. My direct debit is normally done on the 12th of every month but sometimes, it can be delayed to 13th and even 14th just exactly what happened last month. Is it possible for you to take your payment on the 14th?

We want to make paying your bills as straightforward as possible for you, so we can move your payment date that a time that works for you.

@XRaySpeX is correct; we do not take Direct Debits on a weekend, but we will take these on the next working day after this.

If you would like to move your payment date to a later date then you can log into your online account, or speak with our team.
