I have just recently upgraded. I spoke to someone on live chat and she said it was a credit on the account, to wait until the bill is generated for a refund. I think she is wrong! Has anyone had this before?

Hi @melissaandy2021.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

This amount you're seeing here is definitely a credit to the account.

When you upgrade the cost of the handset is applied to your account, but we'll then apply a credit to counter the handset cost so you're not left out of pocket.

Your next bill should show a charge that matches this, alongside any plan charges too.

Thanks peter. So the credit is not actually mine like the lady said 😂🤦‍♀️
