EE broadband and EE phone but no unlimited data SIM offer

Hi there.

I am a long standing EE broadband and mobile phone customer. My in laws also are on BT/EE broadband and were offered unlimited data SIMs if they went with EE mobiles, each for £10. Their mobile contracts are separate to the broadband, but were given a special discount.

I was wondering why I as both EE broadband and EE mobile customer has not received a similar offer?

I pay £10 for 5GB and £7 for an additional SIM for my Pixel watch.

@TomRun Sounds like you have legacy EE Broadband and this offer isn’t available to legacy customers. Once you can change over to new EE broadband you’ll get this offer as your in-laws did when they switched over to EE as they got new EE broadband
