      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been told I have exceeded my spensing cap and therefore am unabl to use my mobile and dial EE on 150 f or help. I was given to understanbd last night by one of your employees that my spensing cap had been increased so everythiunbg should be ok now but it isclear noty. I need the rectified urgently but have no idea how to cointact EE to discuss the matter&amp;nbsp; but am unable to use my mobi&amp;nbsp; to ring them! What do I do now? Can EE phone me ba ck at&amp;nbsp; midday tomorrow please as this is now urgent&amp;nbsp; David ******* A/c no. **********&lt;/P&gt;
