      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I went into an ee store and upgraded in store from a galaxy fold 5 to the fold 6 done all the&amp;nbsp; paperwork got my phone then a few months later I get a bill for my old phone I've been going back and forth from shop to customer service for months and got no where just wondering if anyone can help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you recognise the number that is shown on the bills for the "old phone"? Did you inadvertently order a new connection than an upgrade?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What have CS offered you so far by means of resolution? You mention "got nowhere", but can you be more precise on what has been said?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
