&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you trying to look at your bill via the EE App or website? &amp;nbsp;Have clicked on manage and then billing? You should then choose which one you want to view and click download to view it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise I would suggest speaking to customer service for them to take a look, as we have no access to accounts and do not know who you are.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
